Yoga

The first day of yoga class is today at 4:00 and I am pretty sure I am going to die. I am taking the beginner flow class and I am so not flexible. My old neighbor is actually the owner of the place I am going to. I am really excited though. I have been trying to take yoga for years. My nanny does yoga a lot so she is really flexible. She does something called hot yoga. Hot yoga is where they crank the heat to like 100 F. Sounds like a nice thing in the winter but I don't think I would like to do that in the summer.

I went to the barn earlier this morning and two of the horses I used to ride had retired. Have a happy retirement Jake and Princess!
